ASUS UK Windows Refund Policy
I want to buy an Eee Box B202 with Linux, but it's not available in the UK. Can I get a refund on the Windows XP license that comes with the UK version of the computer? Let's find out.

2009-01-13, Lunchtime : First call to Asus UK sales line (01442 202709). I asked for a list of stockists in the UK for the Linux version of the B202, and was told that there were none. I then asked what Asus's refund policy was for unused Windows XP licenses. The sales guy said that there wasn't one, so I countered that it was explicitly mentioned in the Windows XP EULA. He seemed confused and said he would go and ask and ring me back in "a couple of minutes".
